I have no clue, but Jack Reacher was pretty good!
I might be taking a certain lady to that in a few days, but as of now no I have not. But I am interested in seeing it. Along with the Hobbit.
I saw it performed on stage about 20 years ago in Vancouver but was not overly impressed at the time. I will watch the movie version and from the looks of the snippets I have seen may well be more to my liking.

I've read all three books. The Reacher story being most recently read. I've read all of Lee Childs' "Jack Reacher" series and enjoy them immensely. I don't see Tom Cruise in my mind as Jack Reacher.
I'm gonna pass on JACK REACHER, LES MISERABLES, and I may have to take the wife to see THE HOBBIT. LOL
Thinking back, the only movie I can recall that really stayed with the book was the second version of MONTE WALSH that had Tom Selleck in it. The first version had Lee Marvin and the director took a lot of liberties with the story.
I saw it on Broadway when I was younger but wasn't impressed. I was also just a dumb kid back than so take it for what it is worth. I do like all the actors and actresses in Les Mis so I will probably give it another go around.
I can't enjoy a musical on the big screen. Only on the stage and it has to be really, really good. And it helps if I've had a few cocktails. Waiting for Zero Dark Thirty.
Saw it last night, loved it.
Ok OK. My wife saw it and said it was incredible. She hasn't stopped singing the songs so I'm assuming it was very good.
I saw and enjoyed it. I felt they did a good job with it.
