Atlantic City recommendations

I am heading to Atlantic City in the middle of April. Does anyone have any recommendations on places to eat or things to see while I am there?

Atlantic City is mostly a very depressed city. There isn't much to see. Most folks go for the gambling and never leave the casino area.

Thanks for building the vacation up! I know what you mean, I am going for a few nights to relax, have some drinks, smoke some cigars and do a little gambling.
