This one I finally feel like I'm getting a hang of this straight razor thing. It's that piece where I felt like I worked out all the bugs and got it streamlined.
8/8 full hollow 440C blade, acid etched for fun for I really like the look it gives, little different.
Scales are Zebra Wood with a Buffalo Horn wedge.
Pictures were taken quick, I think I'll do some more with some better lighting, but I wanted to share. Thanks for looking guys!

Looks nice, hows the 440c hold an edge? Didn't know it would get hard enough to hold up, but then again I don't know much about steels other than O-1 & 1095

In the long term, honestly, I don't know. It's always held and excellent edge for my knives (I know a big difference) but I have a couple now that I've done and they've gotten through multiple shaves and still cut like a dream, I haven't noticed any difference between them and the 01 as far as longevity... only time will tell I suppose. It does give a very nice smooth shave though, and that's just off of a norton 8k...Quote:
