Chev, I've got a C-Mons Wedge, Blue Star and a Blackie. They not only look good, they shave great! That man knew what he was doing. Glad you got a great shave from it for all the hard work you put into it.

Don't know if anyone has tried this for scales but I've spoken to a couple of carpenters who build scenery for television studios here in NYC. Apparently the shop trick for quickly taking care of scratches on clear acrylic that has been sanded to a compound shape is to give the piece a light going over with a blow torch. Never tried it, will certainly bow to those that have but this is what I'm told.
