Tonight's project: DE-FI 34

Doing a quick restore tonight for a friend. Found this De-Fi 34 all rusted out, and decided to see if I could bring it back from the grave for him. Cocobolo scales. CA finish. Hand pinned with homemade domed washers.

Going to hone this up this morning and see how it shaves - I'll let you guys know how it does.

Nice work Joel! the scales shape is really cool!

Looks like you did well with what you had to work with. But IMHO, that's a lot
of work for a razor that may not be worth the effort. Unless it was a personal thing. Good luck
with your restores going forward.

It actually shaved REALLY well, I was surprised! And I'm actually pretty happy with how it ended up looking. I love that it shows the battle scars.
