Wm Greaves and sons 15/16

Hi, every one ! :D


Here is a very nice blade Wm Greaves and sons find in pretty poor conditions, scales broken ...


I used the ivory of a broken mirror, mother of pearl, and true tortoise shell from Brigitte Bardot's glasses ! :p

This rebuild was first presented in the forum "RASOIR COUPE-CHOUX FRANCE" where I'm administrator .

The workmanship looks good, the ingenuity on the materials sources is brilliant. In the end it is a great project on a few levels. What material is the liner made from?

Brass for the liner

Lead for the wedge formed with a hammer
