Twin Duck... Yankee Prince

Yes you heard right... a Twin Duck Yankee Prince??

I re-scaled it in Ebony as the original scales were TOAST!
CA finish.
Brass domed washers and brass pins.
Flattened out brass washers for inside.

Talked with 10pups about this.... he was talking with Spender (I think) and the conclusion was that Bresnick sold them anyway he could but left his mark on them somehow. Who knows for sure?

There are a few oddballs out there.... :shrug:

I agree with Grazor... give the poor duck another try Phrank....

I suppose if there was ever evidence that some of the ducks were produced by C. Engels, this would be it.
Them bolsters are the same as an Engels Lafayette.

Yep they look identical...just no ENGELS stamped in bolster....

Pretty close. The wedge end looks like a match. The pivot end is a little more squared.

Not to be contrary, but it could just mean that the two got their scales and/or bolsters from the same place. I remember reading that there were scale makers and razor makers, and so many razor makers might get their scales from the same scale maker.

I can't believe it but I just put this to the hones after all this time and like EVERY Duck this thing is a DREAM to shave with!
Took a super edge and gave me an awesome shave!
