You've done a really nice job of bringing the Filly back to life, this is only my opinion and in no way a criticism of your restore and fine effort I don't feel the etching or goldwash that's left is of any worth or adds anything to the razor I would have removed it myself.
I was thinking, deciding myself weather it is better to have a little rusty etching or a shiny blade ... but I didn't get to a definite conclusion :D
