Simply beautiful in every way!!
I love the grind of the blade and hope to find something similar someday.
The scales remind me of something that I saw when I was a kid in my Grandma's silverware drawer.
Thanks for sharing.

Jeeeesh that's not bad for a guy with 4 thumbs and a prehensile tail :<0) Will be waiting for the post card size, heavily edited book on the rocking x stroke on a 2X2" bevel setter. Personally I like the oval river stone for warped blades but that is MY secret weapon :o
Sure ain't nobody making them kind of scales anymore and glad your saving them. Cup of tea or not they are special. Nice work as usual !
Beautiful combination. Very well done.
Wow, the scales are somethin' else on that razor. Well done on the resto, looks great.
Well, I'll be typing John Clarke & Son into the ebay search for a while now. You're another guy here at SRP that we should be proud to have posting, teaching, and mentoring. Your work in restoration of these old blades is second to no one. Bravo my friend, and I can't wait to see many more encores!
