Ivory G10 - Not Ivory
They are all G10
I tried to make them look pretty much like Real Ivory with the tiny Silver Pins and Lock Washers
they are .095" thick
The wedge is Black G10 and .045" at the end
No steel work on the Taylor's just a simple Re-scale

Thanks For looking

Thank you, Glen. Looks great. I can hardly wait to get it back and put it back into my regular rotation.
Edit: I asked Glen for a traditional, elegant design to the scales. I wanted something to compliment the Taylor Sheffield vintage. He certainly matched, exceeded those expectations. I don't know enough about ivory, G10, wedges, or rescaling, to comment further, except to say it pleases my eye.

The scales are about as ivory looking as not ivory G10 can get.
The pictures alone sure would have fooled me.
Fantastic restoration.
I love the shape of the wedge end of the scales and how it matches the other end.

Hm looking at this, I think I'm going to start making "real ivory" scales.
"real ivory" being the color we use to coat our scales....ah yes I can see it now
How did you make that again? jk
nice restore though
