Tom....Stunning!!
Mike, fine job with just the right amount of patina for a razor of that age.
Enjoy the New Years day shave!

Thanks, Pete. It was supposed to be a new thread, and not combined with, Tom's.
Phones been doing some weird s#it lately, probably getting ready to die. Damn things have more technology, than the first rocket to the moon...and they made it back.!
But these things only last a couple years, n their toast.
Tom
Lovely classy pair of Herder razors, tasteful not over the top. Great save on the box too.

That is a beautiful matched set, Tom-just exquisitely crafted!
For you guys who like Herders, the last time I was at Smoky Mountain Knifeworks in Sevierville, Tennessee a few years ago, they had a museum-quality display of what must have been dozens, if not hundreds of Herders in glass cases, along with a lot of historical info.
Thanks, Aaron!
Ah yes! SMKW bought out the Herder inventory long ago. These blades came indirectly from that buyout.
They say the knives and blades they have are amazing. I wonder where the grinders/equipment went?
The F Herder blades were all ground so nicely.
Gadzooks, Tom! What a set!
:dropjaw: Wow Tom, what an awesome and classy set :tu
You sure have some very amazing razors in your collection.
Those are stunning Tom!
And NOS...
Wow. Speechless. Fantastic blades!
Another 'Stellar' set from the "Sharp-Town Razor Museum"! Your treasures always amaze me Tom...
