This one had a fine pattern of pitting. Not too deep just peculiar how evenly spaced it was. Took this one further instead of the satin face. Attempting to get it to live up to its name. The scales were shot but had a nice inlay which I transferred to the streaked horn.
Duplicated the scales in the same shape etc . as the original.

That's a nice job of work, to be sure! I especially like the way the inlay transfer turned out, great touch there.

You always do some awesome work. I love it!!

Sheesh, perfection is right..

Well done sir, she's a beauty.

Nice one. The transfer of the inlay looks great. I'll bet very fragile to work with.

Yes they are . Most are like aluminum foil. Unfortunately this was broken while on the old scales. But it was held fast so didn’t cause any problems. Once I transferred it that particular curl of the flower snagged on towels and so I had to remove that one piece and not disturb the rest of the onlay .
It’s always something !
Thanks!

You've done an impressive job, sir.

The scales are fantastic for sure, congrats yet again.

Nice job at restoring the Perfection. It makes me wish I still had the one that I sold in nearly perfect shape. Love the new scales.
