Default 15/16" extra full hollow for tough beards with desert ironwood scales

    Hello,

I would like to show you a razor which we have recently made for a customer. It is based on one of our base models but has some customized desert ironwood scales to give the razor a more classy look.
The blade is 15/16" wide and has a extra full hollow grind for tough beards (stiffer near the edge).
This is surely not one of the most complex razors we have yet made, but one of my personal favorites.

And for those who prefer an even thinner grind ;-) here is our normal extra full hollow grind compared to a hair (the red line marks the end of the edge):

Good idea to put the red line in there. I wouldnt have seen the edge otherwise. Hard to get much thinner than that! Ha. Nice work!

Wonderful workmanship. I don't know how you get the blade that thin. I've loved the traditional blue and green scales on some of these razors, but I am vey impressed by the desert ironwood scales. You are right, it's very classy.

Very nice work, Ulrik, I also prefer the 14-2.0 with a stabiliser as shown, well I would say that wouldn't I as I have three of them.
