Default Ottoman reinterpretation in XC130 steel, differentially hardened.

One that I finished today. An 8/8 razor inspired by the legendary Wade and Butcher Ottoman razor. The steel is XC130, which takes a wicked edge. The scales are stabilized burl. The testshave was excellent. The combination of the steel plus the significant smile makes for easy shaving.

Thx. I like this shape a lot. It has a lot going for it, both aesthetically and functionally.

I think this is one of the prettiest razors you've ever posted, Bruno! Love the blade design with the barber's notch, the choil (if that's what it's called) above the heel, and those might be the most beautiful dyed/stabilized burl scales I've ever seen!

All of your razors are a sight to behold. Since I prefer razors with a little smile, this one has to be my favorite.
