Here's another classic razor/restore.

Hans, Otto Deutsch & Söhne 6/8

Beautiful translucent green emerald scales with silver inlays. Takes an incredible edge and an extremely nice shave. A true classic.

Had the usual rust, tarnish, pitting,... Sanding, polishing, buffing,.. The works.

She's not perfect. I had to leave a few residual pit marks on one side of the blade but nothing close to the edge and a small left over hairline tear in the top part of the backside scale but really not an issue and harmless.

"Deutsch Hans Otto" was a famous actor born August 10th, 1900 in Dresden, Germany and was murdered on November 24, 1933 in Berlin by the nazis for being one of the first communist Artist.

Very nice Max. The only way to improve my high regards for your work wold be to see the before and after pictures together. Some day you'll have to give us the process you use on your blades. :rock:
