Frederick Reynolds 11/16
This was the first time I used Padauk and I'm extremely pleased with the results.
I kept the scales in the original design as the originals which were trashed. Also re-used the original cream colored wedge and cleaned up the spacers and used brass pins and washers.
There are some minor residual stains left and pits but decided against sanding as the overall quality of the razor is very good and I wanted to keep this razor as close to original as possible.
Total weight: 1.6 oz
Total cutting edge: 2.8 inches
Blade width: 11/16
Grind: Singing edge, Ful Hollow
Scales: Padauk

True Glen,
easy to cut, sand and polish. One thing I noticed with the Padauk is the smell when sanding. Not a bad smell but couldn't really put a finger on it. And the dust, OMG.. Better wear a mask when sanding and see your fingers turn orange/red. :D
