Those are nice scales. Do you make the material to look like that (the lava) or do you buy it in a sheet?
Love the scale material.....and your craftsmanship always shines through. Very nice.
Actually neither, I look high and low for the blocks that have the 6 in plus length, needed for razors, then cut it into blanks... The direction of the cut in relation to the block, can get different looks.... Much like cutting a wood block the grain changes as you cut out the blanks....
