Greetings from Germany. this ist my first post in SRP and excuse me my bad English. Shaving and Straight Razor/Restauration is a passion for me. I read with a lot interest the Threads in this forum. I hope for good talks/discuss. Here an example of a razor I has restored.

That is some beautiful wood you have on that razor. I like the shape of the scales as well as the wood itself. Nice razor. :)

Three thoughts:
1. If you think your English is bad, you should see my German!
2. I really like the organic lines of those scales. Odd, but ergonomic and natural looking. Good job!
3. Welcome to SRP!

Hello, Leutnantbrown:
Welcome to SRP. Your English is commendable, as is the workmanship on that razor. I especially like the rustic looks of it. Well done.
