Here are a couple of new frameback razors. The frames are mild steel the blades are O1. The scales are bocote. The vinegar etch brought out some of the character of the steel. The blades are silver soldered into the frames.

Lovely work, as always. Nice detail to them too, Charlie.
Charlie, I just LOVE your style - something very cool about all your razors. I'm a sucker for framebacks too, so really wouldn't mind either of these in my collection. That second one has some awesome steel grain coming through.
Awesome stuff Charlie.
Could you do me a favor and try to just make one ugly razor sometime? ;)
Do you ever find that the mild steel spine wears quicker that a hardened spine would? Also how thick are your blades?
Charlie!
Really nice razors!! Really like framebacks especially yours!,,,,,,Look foward to
seeing your other razors in Asheville.
