The W&B is mine, and I'm a happy camper. Thank you Brad, for rescuing a classic yet unusual W&B.
I got this W&B off eBay for a good price because it was in sound but rough shape, with cracked, flimsy yellow plastic replacement scales. I feel sure it was originally scaled in horn. The re-pinning work on the plastic replacement scales looked like it had been improvised with the butt of a pistol.
But I loved the cool, unusual shape of the tang, and the blade with the diamond spine and odd tip notch. I thought "This W&B is crying out for a restoration, with....polished horn scales!....um, hello, Brad?!"
