Wow. That is amazing.
The blade could probably double as a pocket sized mirror. That thing looks amazing.
Another masterpiece Charlie. When I told my son I wanted a razor with oosik scales he asked what that was. When I told him, his response was "you're one sick person dad".
Is the handle split because you repurposed a set of scales, or did you do it for balance, or what? It looks great!
Niiiice
Did you forge that one?

Amazing looking razor there, I love it. And oosik, yikes - it certainly adds the wow factor.
Very original Charlie :tu. Very original. Well done maestro :nj. I bet she handles and shaves like a charm too.
Does the tang/monkey tail extend all the way to the wedge?
great looking blade. you can check yourself out in that thing while shaving. awesome job!
The blade and handle are one continuous piece of metal, the metal runs the full length.

Very nice !
Gives bone handles a whole new meaning :)
I'm not sure that it's comfortable to shave with this razor, but looks great.
Another sweet one Charlie. Being talented as well as creative turns out such nice original razors.

I sure hope you are keeping a library of all the razors you have made. I love it!
I think I would have a blast shaving with a walrus wang! All jokes aside, that thing looks great. I would like to see a spanish point on that, but that's just because I'm a sucker for the spaniards. Another great piece, keep it up, I love seeing new work from you!
Interesting way of doing the tang. It's a new take on the "integral" concept. I'm sure the balance is just right.
I can't tell for sure on my phone, but did you dovetail the handle/blade interface? If you did, I'm truly impressed.
Phillip
I did it with files, a mill file with a safe side and a triangular file with a safe side.

Looks great Charlie! Another fine piece of work :)
Thanks so much Charlie. I might have to play around with that technique some time.
