The Sheffield Quintuplets !!!
This thread is going to build up to five Sheffielders over the next few days, all these will be heading home to my good friend Alan/aroliver59...
Number 1 is a Full Vintage Restore Wade & Butcher For Barber's Use 7/8
The razor was completely broken down, and polished to a near perfect mirror finish, the old Buffalo Horn scales were also polished out again...
All new hardware to put it back together using Tri-Metal bullseye stacks... the original lead wedge was polished and sanded to fit...

Second of the Five,,, Joseph Elliot 7/8+
Full Custom Restore on this one, using what I think are some of the most beautiful Honey Horn blanks that have crossed my bench from Masecraft...
I used the 3M Tri-m-ite sandpaper to polish the horn, the Lead wedge is from a set of Vintage scales
Pins are Nickel Silver and I used stacked SS washers to hold it all together with new Brass bearing washers inside....

I polished out the horn scales using the 3M-tri-mite paper the MOP cleaned up with some very gentle polishing starting at 4k... I did a full polish on the steel which I was very happy that all the pitting and rust came off of...
Used the Tri-Metal washers and pins and new Brass bearing washers...
The wedge needed a tiny bit of fitting adjustment and some polishing but other then that she went back together very well...
