This was definitely a change from the bigger sized razors. A 6/8 Barber's Notch with thumb notch that got fitted with M3 Mokume Gane Black/Red scales and a tapered faux ivory wedge. Hardware is nickel silver, brass and stainless steel. Weight is 2.4 Oz. Steel is 1095.

Oustanding work, the scales really are a thing of beauty, the overall look of the razor is amazing, but I do have a liking for the smaller blade such as a 5/8 or 6/8, nothing above that for me.

Great looking scales, spectacular looking spine work, first rate workmanship, amazing attention to detail, etc., etc., etc. --- all that’s plainly obvious. But what gets me most are the basics. For example, those are some of the nicest looking pins ever. Really. I feel I could work for years to come and my pins will never look that clean. I might just send you some of my restoration rejects and hire you to repin them for me. :-)
