Just finished this today. Thought I'd share.
Before and after. I had never worked with the turquoise before and just happened to have a piece laying around that I had been wanting to play with. ( It chips.. )
I wish the piece had been a bit bigger but it turned out ok in the end.
I love the redheart. I went with a simple renaissance wax finish.

Thanks all. I'm finding that I like working with hardwoods and different wedge materials. I still use micarta and other man made materials but there is something about the natural stuff that I find I just love working with.
What a nice looking razor. I love Greaves blades, and the turquoise wedge is beautiful. Its good you kept it nice and thick to make it stand out.
