Did you cut the brass first and use it as a template or cut the wood first? It looks great
GREAT job. i have an original bow with the box i tried to sell on ebay and didnt get any bites. i think i may do something nice to it like this. i could only hope to get it as nice though. really nice job.
Very nice job! I really like this. The Scales, wedge and blade complement each other very well, none over powering the other.
I rough cut the brass and wedge, glued it all together, and then shaped them to the scales. I basically followed this tutorial:
