    It's a beautiful thing when an old Wade & Butcher goes back on the line to shave another 100 years.

    I must admit, the most pleasure that I receive from this site, is seeing old dead razors given life and used again.

    I am the proud owner of this W&B restored by Brad. I have not received it yet but based on the pics he posted he did a beautiful job. I am looking forward to the first shave with this razor.

    Hi Brad. Would you mind expaining the reference to the 2x72 grinder - is this a 2 inch sanding belt? Also I would appreciate some more detail of the platen and how you used this with the SS to get the taper.
