Gents,
Here is one I finished off tonight. The blade is 8/8 of O1 and is hardened to HRC60. The scales are Carbon Fibre, the wedge is green acrylic and the hardware is nickel silver and brass.
Thanks for looking.

Just when you think a piece of steel can't be any prettier, along comes this aptly named beast! Well done sir!
Wow, that is really cool looking. The spine near the toe end does make it look like a dragon. Does it interfere with stropping?
very nice indeed
Fantastic work, Stu - I really need to come and see you again
IhateIhateIhateyou!:) Love your work mate. A beautiful razor once again.
Mick
Indeed a fantastic looking razor well done!
Wow, that is a great looking razor, I like everything about it.
Awesome looking razor Stu. Beautiful design and detail work
BTW the toe end of the blade reminds me of the front end of a 1950's style Batmobile, but that might just have something to do with my 30+ years of collecting Batman comics. :tu

I really like the look and the workmanship :tu
Cool :tu
Great creation and craftmanship Stu!
Absolutely love the razor!!! I'm probably the only one who doesn't know this, so pardon my ignorance, but, how did you get the pattern on the scales? Is it a micarta overlay or inlay into the wood? However it's done, I really like it!!!
Regards,
Howard
After looking closer, I'm on an iPad, all micarta?
I keep coming back to look at the horns/ears, your Batman hobby has payed off. That is a handsome razor.
Charlie
Stu, you hit this one out of the park. Its incredible!
Eric

I'm just waiting in total suspense for the next one, each time I see one of Stu's razors. I just know he's gonna make a butt ugly one, one of these days. I just know it! :).
Mick
One of these days I'm going to stop looking at these threads and no longer drool over awesome razors. OUTSTANDING WORK!
:tu
Hey Stu,
your persistence and patience are definitely paying off!! Sweetly done.
Adam.
Stu , I'm prolly the only nutcase that doesn't like worked spines but I do like that razor :)
Out of a newbie's curiosity, What does a razor like this cost?
Fantastic crafstmanship - back in the late 19th century, I wonder what the average man would have made of such a beauty? Would he have looked at it as we do with, say, concept cars - and thought 'very nice but it will never work'?
Dunno. I think they mght have looked upon and said something like, "That's marty purty! 'ow much choo wahn't fer it? I give you a dollah!" :)
Mick
One word Stu. Amazing.
Jamie.
beautiful.
Wow! I really like that one. Beautiful from tip to tail.
Fantastic Stu!

I wish I had the talent.
