That is a beaut' of a razor!! I would be proud to call that my own! Everything is so unique about it, great job!!
You have really brought that back to life, great restore.
Jamie.
Zephyr, have you ever made a thread showcasing your restoration techniques? I would certainly love to read through that!
Great job on the 666, it is fantastic.
Thank you :)
As a matter of fact I considered doing a picture series of this one, but when I finally started I had completely forgotten about it, maybe I'll do one in the future.
I don't think I do anything controversial, most tecniques I use already exists in the workshop sticky :)
Beautiful razor! I have a G&F that's 4 years old, and I've always liked it. I didn't know there were older ones around like that. Any idea on the age?
You would find an eager & appreciative reader here should you ever decide to.

Thanks:)
I'm not sure of the age, I found some information that manah posted in a thread a couple years ago, and found some more myself.
The company was founded in 1920 and in 1965 G&F trademarked the Timor logo, manah had also posted a pic of the different logos they have used, unfortunatly there was no dating to them, but from what I have found I would guess that it is from sometime between 1940 and 1965, but of course I can be completely wrong. If I could find some dates to go with the logos it would be possible to date it quite accurate.
So manah, if you read this and have some more information to share it would be most appreciated :)
Seeing this razor makes me emotionally and spiritually erect, okay, I won't lie, maybe physically too.
