This was a fun one. Challenging in some ways but fun.
I wish I did ( Malacoda) know what the meaning of the script is. Whatever it may be it certainly is nice to look at. I've tried photographing it closer but for some reason my camera keeps having trouble focusing on it. May be reflection,, light metering ( I'm not a photographer by any stretch) but I'll keep trying. It's pretty cool and detailed.
Amazing job. The choice of wood, the shape and the stacked washers all really go well together, and I wouldn't have believed it possible to get that finish on a rusty blade without destroying the etching. Brilliant.
I don't know about brilliant,, but I do know it was tedious. Magnifiers strapped to my head,, my nose on the blade,,,ache in my back,,,fussing here,, fussing there. I complain,, but you know I loved it! And just too stupid to cry "Uncle".
Very nice restore! I can't believe the skycap came back on the blade. Very nice razor.
Beautiful work. Excellent job with the etch and your pinning looks perfect. Well done.

A bit of a closer look.
