My first full restore: Wostenholm & Son

I haven't posted much yet, here at SRP, but been reading posts for some months. I have just finished my first full restore and would like to share it with the world. Been shaving with a straight since november and decided to do some restores as a hobby/mindfulness thing.
I made many mistakes, and still have a lot to learn: the scales are a bit too flimsy, and the hinge is giving me some worries. I will probably end up creating a new pair, but for the time being, I like the looks.
The razor blade is a quite small, and I didn't want the scales to overshadow it. I went for a contemporary design, the scales are made of oak, the wedge is made of tropcial hardwood called tatajuba. It will still change color and darken over time. I know the colors don't match perfectly know, but it will be in the future.

The greyness near the hinge is from the slurry of my coticule, stupid, I know...
