Absolutely stunning Charlie! Steel and wood in a perfect compliment to one another.
Absolutely beautiful! Did you use clay to do the hamon as the Japanese do?
This one is really beauty.
Love the hamon and the wood looks great.
I think this is my favorite of all of your razors, at least the ones I have seen. Just an excellent combination of steel, wood and form. Be proud.
Damn, I really have to stop watching this razor porn... This is definitely not good for me.
Amazing job!
Cheers,
Holy smokes Charlie! That is just wow! :dropjaw:
What a drop dead hart stopping razor. It's a beautiful thing from the steel to the wood and that hamon line just adds that last little touch. CL I believe you can make the only straights I see with so much going on from Spine work, Scale decor, Hamon lines, Barber notches all into one straight, and the flow of all this material together just works so well with each other that each razor is so very different than the last. You are a true artist of your trade.
That ones a real looker Charlie! The burl really sets off the hamon on the blade. Well done sir :tu
An astonishing looker you've created there, Charlie. I love that hamon and smiling profile. Congrats, sir! :)
Wow! Just wow! Beautiful in both conception and execution.

I love the scales! Great looking razor!
This hamon is perfect.
Did you polish it or chemically revealed it ?
Thanks Charlie, the razor is really lovely !
Beautiful scales on this one Charlie, and that is a super cool hamon pattern
Grant
Great stuff Charlie.
Love the contrasts.
When you used stabilised wood for the scales, do you still get scales that flew when opening and closing the razor? Or do you need to change the design to a non-flex one?

Man just beautiful stuff. I wish I had the skill and the artfulness.
Fantastic razor Charlie. You have combined the timber and steel beautifully. Love that hamon.
