New Cowboy Boots!
My Ariats are approaching blowout/can't wear to work status so I ponied up and ordered a new pair of goatskin Tony Llamas. Mind you, I still have about 6 other pairs in the rotation, but I'm still ready for their arrival..haha. Any of you fellas have a decent collection of (to quote Gary P. Nunn) what "some people call manly footwear'? I've got bull shoulder, ostrich, calf, cow, and now adding this pair of goatskin to the mix. I'm dying to own some black Lucchese stingrays.. You know, when I have $1250 laying around to blow on boots.

These days I simply can't tolerate them however 10 years ago that's all I wore to work. I had either Tony lama or Lucchese. I would get them at their factory stores in El Paso. I kept 3 or 4 pairs which I still have. I had calf, Stingray, Lizard, python, elephant, goat and shark.
There's nothing like putting on a pair of new cowboy boots.

Wore them when I was younger but similar to TBS my feet won't tolerate wearing them anymore. Still have a pair though.

My last pair were Tony Llamas but that was probably about 35 years ago. I occasionally think of getting another pair but the closest place with a decent selection is an hour away and so far, I just have not done it. I really liked my Tony Llamas, best pair of cowboy boots I've ever owned.

Very nice,
Buuuut, I don't have $1250 burning a hole, and I'm from New Yawk!
