I retired from spending my weekends at the DZ but miss it still. I became an infrequent jumper and there is nothing more dangerous than that going out of a plane (well, maybe not as dangerous as a Ranger). About 260 jumps under my chute. Last time I jumped, about 5 years ago, no one was doing relative work anymore. All butt to the ground. Seemed weird to this old tracker.
Thanks for sharing. Makes me want to pull my gear out of the rafters.
As they say mate..."never give up". Relative work is still big in the UK, as is freely and tracking, Angle tracking is big across the globe so if tracking is your bag there is some great fun to be had! Dig that rig out, get it checked and the reserve repacked, and jump :) Hell come across the pond and jump with me!
