New Hampshire and all her Beauty !
Being red-green colorblind I'll take your word for it.
I agree! (but i saw some stunning yellow ones yesterday on my way home through Pennsilvania)
Agree, when I see such red trees I feel like I'm falling into a fairy. That's awsome
Just lovely! I remember the fall foliage season, from back when I lived in Franconia. Of course, the colors might have been somewhat "enhanced"... :nj
When ever I see Fall's beautiful colors of red, yellow etc I always remember when I was stationed at the United States Navel Submarine School in Connecticut.
Most everything turned color and the Thames was outlined in the colors. One of the guys was a very good photographer and on the base they had these defunct missiles displayed. He took a picture of one with a rock formation behind it with the ivy turning along with the trees. It was Gorgeous!
He took that picture and had it made into Christmas cards that said "From Those Who Send The Very Best".
Later he told that his family and friends loved them. I actually wish I'd have asked him for one to save, but that's 49 years of hindsight.
How much time did you live there? Do you have some pictures? I saw on the internet that the fall there is gorgeous. In general, if we speak about the trees each of them is unusual and no matter is summer, fall, winter, or spring. You know I started to decorate my garden and found on the internet thuja green giant for sale. Of course, I ordered them and I cannot wait to receive them. I just can imagine how they will look in my garden. Don't worry I have read everything about their care and I'm sure that everything will be fine.
My favourite is the burnt orange of some of the maples here in Ontario.

Here in the Boston metro area, the brightly-colored leaves were covered with snow on 10-30-20, which weighed down the branches considerable. First time, I've seen snow here this early.
