I don't wear one but looks like a low brace height on that LB.
One of my Korean bows was about 5.5" & I would get slapped if I didn't hold & follow thru correctly. I soon learned which way my elbow had to point
It's ironic I would get slapped at all as I can't fully straighten my left arm due to a previous dislocated elbow.

Ha ! Well that was an optical illusion. Didn't take into account it was over 6 foot

I shoot and have many styles of bows. My favorite for a long time has been the Olympic recurve style. I haven't shot my compound since last deer season.

What the pull weight at anchor with that Olympic bow ? Iam guessing 40 lbs...something you can shoot all day.

I just starting shooting again this week. it’s been 4 years since I’ve shot. Iam not in bow shape !! After flinging 20 arrows the first night ....and 20 more the next day...My shoulder is some sore. This 57 lb bow is kicking my ass right now....I must have low T....at 63.... lol

Wouldn't hurt to train up to it with a lighter bow for a short time.

"If you leave pulling a bow for one day archery leaves you for ten days"
According to that old saying you got some catching up to do

Hopefully your not trying to hold your draw, while taking aim. Long bows are a draw and release, kinda thing.
Holding the draw on a long bow will tear you up, eventually. As said, a lighter bow might be beneficial to building your muscle memory.
