well, I grew up on two cups of twinings english breakfast from a bag every morning, and in the afternoon/evening, I would have a cup or two of my personal favorite Twinings Prince of Wales (loose leaf). however, I got a really horrible headache and ended up in the hospitol, my doctor said that I either had the flu or I was stressed, she then told me that I was stressed because I was having too much caffeine and that I couldn't drink tea for a couple of weeks, after two weeks without it, I actually have more enegy in the mornings without the tea then I used two (it just takes me longer to get up) and I don's slump off as much in the afternoons, so If you're switching to tea from coffee to cut your caffeine dependency, don't, according to my doctor, a good cup of black tea has just as much,and green tea could have more.
