Wow, Nice selection you have there!
Cheers!:beer2:
I can't buy Laphroaig here in my area anymore :( When other whiskies would start to seem ho-hum, I could always count on the Laphroaig to shake up the tastebuds. I call it the whisky that bites you back ;)
Cheers,
Ian
A glass of Laphroaig in one hand and a Fuente Opus X in the other...sounds like a good way to spend an evening.
Gotta love scotch, I got a female friend who likes to enjoy the ocasinal glass with me and we are trying out all kinds of scotch lately. Some of the nicest so far are.
Glenfiddich
Paddy
Clan McGregor
GlenGrant
If anyone can recommend a bottle for under 20 to 25 bucks that's worth a try I'd be happy to have a taste XD
Glenfiddich has a 21 year old made in Rum Casks that I tired recently. It is superb. I started the thread about this bottle.

I started drinking scotch about four years ago. I've tried all the Johnnies Glennfiddich, Glenmorangie, Macallen, Laphroag, Lagavulin, Glenlivet, and a few I can't remember or choose not to. My favorite has become Oban. I'ts a bit pricey and I treat it like, well, a treat. Super smooth, and sweet like candy. To steal a phrase from the beer world and to risk being labeled a swiller this is my go to session drink. I've polished off a bottle in a day and wished I had more. Truly my favorite out there and I'm surprised nobody else mentioned it.
one bottle that has not been mentioned here yet is the
Ardmore
a really tastfull single that i would keep far away from a beginner
I really enjoy it straight followed with a sip of water just to feel how it changes in caracter
