A little Grateful Dead. Anything from the 70's will do nicely. 05-08-77 Barton Hall, Ithaca,NY. Greatest live Dead show ever...........Saw 3 Dead shows in a row back then.
05-07-77 Boston Garden, 05-08-77 Barton Hall,Ithaca NY, 05-9-77 War Memorial, Syracuse NY. Those were the good old days.. Long live the DEAD.
A friend of mine owns an Audio Video Store and has for over 35 years and he's a Dead Head. He used to write about music for our local paper and he once wrote that he'd recently attended (I believe) 5 Grateful Dead concerts in 6 days in California. He said that while that might sound extreme to some he noted that they had only played ONE song TWICE but it was a different arrangement.
Yea, I followed the Dead for years all over the East Coast wherever they were. It was an incredible journey. Best live Jam band ever and yes shows were always different. Going to see a Dead cover band next Friday here in RI. "The UnDead".
Should be fun.
