I liked this, to not only have what appears to be a case of stage fright but to come out and sing a song in a style that would be right at home in the 40's takes some guts.

Yes the world lost a great man on Saturday the 18th as John Lennon once said; "If you want another name for Rock and Roll you could call it Chuck Berry".
If you've never seen the Discography Hail Hail Rock and Roll, you've missed seeing some wonderful insight into who he was and where he came from.
Here's something that might surprise some. In the discography Eric Clapton commented on how much he loved to hear Chuck play ballads.
I hope all will enjoy this side of Chuck;

I have all kinds of music here at the Boars Nest, my mom loved what she called 'Boogie Woogie' and my dad was a Bluegrass fan. So I've always been open to most forms of music. I listen to Rhythm and Blues, Swing, Big Band, some Classical,some very early Rap and all forms of Rock and Roll and Rockabilly.
At the end of Mom's services I had her absolute favorite song played. That's when my sister lost it. The song was 'In the Mood' by Glen Miller.
