    Default MEAT choppers?

    I know we all love the W&B meat choppers for their awesomeness.

    But I just wanted to know is there anyone else who shares an interest in actual vintage meat cleavers?

    from all the knives a chef can own, I just find this one to be completely bad-ass.

    just wondering if there are collectors out there or just aficionados of these giant hunks of metal.

    I'm not a collector, just a user. Oddly, I more often use it for chopping vegetables rather than meat.
