I've heard alot about these, but never seen one.
The best Australian souvenir I can think of bringing home would be Kylie Minouge, but that ball-sack sounds pretty cool! :D

This thread reminded me of something my Dad used to say about farmers in the town where he grew up having toothpicks made of a mink's...uh...unit. It would appear there is a market for recycled animal genitals. Although I can't imaging toothpick or coffee stir stick being one of them
