That is one of the problems of having to remove my stand every night. I can't leave it there for them to get use to. A climber stand would solve some of that but with my fat old butt and we aren't suppose to trim any branches either makes that harder. It is fun to watch the deer cock their heads from side to side because they don't know how far something is.Quote:

Attachment 84056Rain, sleet, and snow made the ground very greasy. My boy got a deer about 1/2 mile away. My brother in-law slid his 2 wheel drive truck off the side of a field road and was mad I didn't even want to take my 4x4 out in that greasy stuff to fetch him. We got him out the next morning. LOL My boy and the others thought I was nuts when I suggested using my stand for a cart. It worked great. It took us longer to find the knife that was laid down in the snow and corn stubble than to cart it back.
I had to take this picture even though under a yard light with my camera it isn't good.

I can't make that picture out very well with your light saber in the frame.
