Oh, there have been a few incidents.
As Otto, a couple pretty nasty car crashes, a parachute that didn't want to open at first try and a big industrial gate that tried to squash me.
Luckily the Janitor found me before I was cut in half:)
At work I got Electrocuted about once a week for a decade or two without much harm, but one of them bit me pretty hard.
At the subsequent brain scan, they claimed to have found a shadow on my brain, and that's my excuse for most anything these days;)
A couple of times I lost my consience and woke up on the floor after a few minutes.
It's usually the fall that hurts you the most, not the "caramel" as we call getting electrocuted over here.
