For these razors I used a 6 inch diameter wheel. I have the Ameribrade Fastback machine with variable speed and reverse, it's a great machine with a lot of power. I have the following contact wheels: 10",6",4",3",2",1" (small wheel). I used one of the blanks to replicate the Korn Patent Hollow Grind using a combination of the smaller wheels, came out very nice but I dropped the razor accidentally and it cracked a third of the way in from the toe

Just a small update, had another ongoing project so haven't worked on these razors this past week, got to a good stopping point with the blades however and will be moving on to the scales, will have new posts through next week.

Another update. I am waiting on some transparent green acrylic to make the scales. I was toying with just using some of the black, white or ivory acrylic I already have but I wanted to stay true to the aesthetic that many of the original razors these are based on had, with transparent scales. I should have the material by next week so this thread will be quiet until then but not forgotten! One more thing is I went and used cold blue on the tangs of the razors, similar to a few razors I have in my collection (Red Imp, Bowdins Concave) I think these will look great in the transparent scales.

Red scales (opaque), too. My long-gone Red Imp 132 (5/8) had a nicely blued tang, and sported their traditional red scales. A great look.
You can have everything, and still not have enough.
I'd give it all up, for just a little more.

I do have a touchstamp being made at the moment but it's more for older style razors.
