Any one in the Toronto area making SR from scratch?

I am interested in learing how to make SR's from scratch and would like to meet up with some one in the GTA whith there own forge.

I have have some experience working with metal but not at this level.

I know that Eric (EPD) posted a razor that he made in the Customs section. He's from Orillia. I don't think he forged it though. I think it was a post heat-treat grind.
