I hope this is not against the rules but I just have to post this.
Semogue is my favorite brand of brushes and recently I had a problem with one of their brushes (completely my fault not to be mistaken). After contacting Semogue they were very nice and more than helpful (certainly more than one would expect)! So today when I received the brush I decided to post this short thank you post I think they deserve!
