It all depends if you're in a hurry or if you're in a pampering mood.
In general 15 minutes is plenty of time for me.
I take 20-30 min. but I take my time. I don't have a rotation for soaps, so I sniff, sniff some more until I find the one that grabs me right. Same with razors, I have no rotation so I go over them all and pick out the flavour I like that day.
About 15 minutes for me. Sometimes on Sundays I go all out and take about 25.
From starting to load the brush till final clean up about 30 mins for a 4 pass shave. Being retired I see no reason to rush.

I kind of make an issue of it.....All totaled about 30 to 45 minutes of MY time. Hell hath no fury like my temper if I'm interrupted mid shave by a telephone.:)
I tend to take my time and really enjoy it. So I'm clocked in around 25-30 minutes.
I'd estimate 30 minutes, including stropping.
Somewhere around 30 to 35 with a shower after. I don't look at the clock until I am ready for coffee so that's a ballpark for a two hot towel shave and shower
My first SR shave was this weekend and it took my about 45 min. It was very challenging to say the least
About 15 min. for three passes.
I can grab a straight, face lather up and be done in five minutes or so if I want...but prefer to stretch it out as long as possible.
It is actually a mental excercise for me to actively stop - slow my mind down - and let the shave relax me and take its own time. For me, its an active transition to a relaxed mental state.
10-15 minutes for me, from strop to balm on a work day. I mostly do 2 pass shaves when I'm pressed for time. Weekends is a different story I usually start by choosing my gear and then refreshing my razor on a finisher and stropping thoroughly. I may break out my scuttle do a hot towel if in the mood kick on some music, lather and shave until I'm satisfied and proceed to post shave treatment. Could take me 30 minutes, but I'm not counting.
Thank you, I'm just getting back into SR shaving.
I'm still new at straights but it usually seems to take me about 25 to 30 minutes from loading the brush until gear is put away.
Excluding stropping... probably around 10 to 12 minutes for a 2 pass shave. I don't bother with 3 pass shaves using a straight, and I accept some slightly rough patches. My arms just don't turn the right way to get them all, and so I have learned to ignore them. 3 pass and additional 'buffing' with a DE is possible, but it's not really worth the effort.
I can go faster, but fast and straight razors, do not, good bedfellows, make.
Regards
Christian
I multi task in the morning so water is warming brush and soap while [I sit and strop] I don't count this time because I have to sit anyway :<0)
When I do pull up to the sink I do a 2 pass in 8 to 10 minutes complete with rinse, witch hazel splash, waxing mustache and clean up. Dam nice shave. I take a lot longer on weekends and go for BBS with a relaxed frame of mind.
About 30min of relax and enjoy my routine. :D
From stropping, hot water in the scuttle, quick shower, 2 pass shave with some touch-ups, cleaning up and some stropping, it takes me about 35 minutes. I don't like to rush, and I really enjoy the time to shave.
Usually about 15 minutes max for a 2 pass before work
Half hour on weekends for a 3 pass easy shave
I've never timed my shaves...I shave with a straight razor to punish time.
My first shaves took 45 minutes. Lather dried up on the 'other' side of my face before I could get to it. Had to re-lather. Now easily 10 minutes for a single pass, 15 for a two pass. Not being in a hurry, just became more efficient.
10-15 minutes for me, but that is for lathering and shaving only. I spend at least another 10 picking out my razor and stropping it before starting the shave:)
Just the neck, 15 minutes. Head and neck, 45 minutes.
About 30 minutes from strop to finish. I shave at night and take my time. It's kind of like meditation and helps me relax after a long day. I don't sleep as well if I skip it.
About 15 minutes for me too; why hurry when wet shaving is so relaxing?
I am in the 15-20 minute range. I do the same as harrywally no rotation on anything, just whatever I feel like that day.
15-20 minutes I guess.
I found cold water shaves to also be a lot quicker routine
I take about 35 mins for a shower and a 3-pass shave, including 25 laps on the strop before shaving and 50 linen/75 leather after. Since I don't carry a watch into the bathroom, I can't separate the times individually.
It did take MUCH longer when I first started...over an hour. Since I'm pretty skilled at bathing and have had the same basic routine for decades, I can only think that my shaving time has dropped. :)
