The third, mineral oil from the pharmacy, Camelia oil, or DOVO's Sterol, from ClassicShaving.com
Nenad
While castor oil is an effective vomit-inducer and an even more effective political tool (remember B.M.?), I'd go with Nenad's suggestions. Mineral oil is sold in pharmacies as a very cheap laxative that's safe to ingest into human body. It's also great for protecting exposed metal.
DON'T use caseroil!
I tried it a while back and it eventually dried and was impossible to remove in some places.... If I recall, it also left a light scaring in some spots.
I'd recommend camelia oil, or if the budget is tight, mineral oil (any pharmacy/cvs will have it)

Any non biologically based mineral oil should work well.

Mussolini's goon squads used it to torture political opponents. Even a small amount (like a tbsp) is enough to induce vomiting. They'd force a full pint onto those poor bastards.
