Wish I could have bought all of them! They were priced REALLY high though. I was born on the year of the snake so I'm partial to those scales. I've been looking for a stubtail that was all original or at least not a regrind from the 1700's. Eventually I want to get something in MOP, silver, and aluminum.
I'm saving my pennies right now though.
Anyone know anything about the razor with the modern metal handle in #5 on the far right? I think I've seen one of those here a long time ago.
Ther were a few nice Friedr Herdr I didnt get pictures of too. Not familiar with that brand though.
That is a Zepp razor made by C F Ern and sold here in the states by his son.
Interesting razor . Here! https://straightrazorpalace.com/show...owel-zepp.html
F Herder razors are excellent, BTW....

Thanks Sharptonn. Maybe they will have those razors next year and I can haggle. . .a lot! Wish I had gotten the dealers name.
Next year, Lord willing, maybe I can do a live thread and possibly pick up some stuff for members or get advice on some things.
Jantz
Masecraft
Steel suppliers
Grinders/accessories
Fossilized mammoth and walrus tusk dealers
were all there.
Wow I am so glad I didnt go there! Too many temptations for a guy whose daughter is starting college next year. That looks like a heck of a show. (I wont even sign up for ebay because there is too much fun stuff to buy.)
They had one seller that had a like of assisted opening knives with straight razor like blades. I'm not sure if they would have honed up well though. It was a high end makernfrom China so it was probably at least and knife.
They have everything from cheapo gas station knives, to Randall's, Case XX, Microtech, and one of a kind blades with mammoth tusk handles.
