I like how you adapted the back end to hold the razors.

Let us know how this turns out, once you decide and get something(s) in hand. I added the (s) because I see more than one new piece in your future

The tiers are pieces of construction styrofoam covered with fabric.
Here's another question. The cabinet at the start of this thread (which I posted just as an example) has two rows of brush holders. When I bought an individual brush holder for my countertop (from West Coast Shaving), they had a variety of sizes. I think mostly with 27mm or 30mm openings for the brushes. I got the 30mm because the handle of my brush has a flared shape and the end of the handle that this fit nicely. But if you wanted to hang the brush at the knot, you would choose the size of the stand based on the knot size of your brush.
So for a cabinet like the one I pictured, how would you choose the right size for the brush holders? Or maybe would you get some small and and some large?
I keep my dry brushes standing on their base and they only hang out in the inverted holder for a day while they are drying. Also I do not keep my brushes in the same cabinet with my razors. My razor cabinet also has silica gel and VCI emitters in it to help prevent corrosion.
I think it might be time for a thread titled "Show off your Shaveatorium"..
